1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the Devx Software corporate website, operated by Devx Software, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company registry) no. 69.491.258/0001-34, headquartered in São Paulo. By browsing the site, you agree to the terms below.

2. Scope

This document covers only the corporate website. Devx products (such as Lúmen) will have their own terms of use, data policies and service level agreements, published on their respective pages.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site — text, trademarks, product names, logos, visual identity, images, illustrations and code — belongs to Devx Software and is protected by Brazil's Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and Industrial Property Law (Law No. 9,279/1996).

Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing or using this content for any other purpose — including commercial use, on other websites or materials, or to train automated systems — is prohibited without Devx's prior written authorization. The only exceptions are uses permitted by law itself, such as quoting short excerpts with attribution to the source (art. 46 of Law No. 9,610/1998).

4. Product information

Product descriptions, modules and statuses reflect the current stage of development and may change. Products marked as In development or Coming soon do not represent a commitment to any functionality or launch date.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access restricted areas, such as the admin panel, without authorization.
• Do not submit unlawful, offensive or automated content through the contact form.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to bypass request limits.

6. Limitation of liability

• The site is informational. We work to keep it accurate and available, but it may undergo maintenance or interruptions, or contain inaccuracies, which we correct as soon as they are identified.
• The content of the site is not a commercial offer, a contract or a guarantee of functionality, price or timeline. The terms of each product apply when set out in a contract or in the product's own terms.
• Devx is not liable for damages arising from use of the site in breach of these terms, from unavailability caused by third parties (such as internet providers, network failures or attacks), from decisions made solely on the basis of the site's informational content, or for the content of third-party websites accessed through links.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights guaranteed by law, in particular by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, CDC).

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are chosen to settle any matters related to them, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action in the courts of their own domicile (art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code).
