About
Devx Software was founded on a simple idea: technology should remove complexity, not add more of it.
We build our own digital products by combining software engineering, automation and artificial intelligence. Our goal is to create useful, sustainable and technically solid tools that solve real problems for people and businesses.
Our mission
Create useful, reliable and accessible software that turns complex processes into simple experiences.
Vision
Build an independent ecosystem of technology products able to serve businesses and users in different markets.
Our story
Much of the work inside companies is still done by copying information from one place to another. A document arrives as a PDF, an image or a scan of a piece of paper; someone reads it, finds what matters, types it into another system, checks it, files it. The process works — but it eats hours that should go to decisions, customer service and product.
The tools that promise to fix this usually come with a price that isn't in the proposal: sending sensitive documents to services nobody can audit, accepting black boxes that get things wrong without explanation, or relying on fragile integrations that break at the first layout change.
Devx Software was born from the conviction that we can do better — and that the right way to do better is with products, not projects.
There were two paths. The first was to sell custom development: one client at a time, one scope at a time, a system left behind when the contract ends. The second was to identify problems that repeat across many companies and build a product that solves that problem for all of them, with ongoing maintenance and public progress.
We chose the second. Devx is a product company: we decide what to build, we stand behind what we ship and we keep working on the software after launch. We don't do custom projects, we don't outsource teams and we're not an agency.
Three products are in development, each tackling a point where manual work still dominates:
None of them is open to the public yet. We'd rather show what we're building, with its real status, than announce features that don't exist yet. When there's something to try, the announcement will go out in Updates.
Beyond these, other projects are in the research and prototyping phase. Not all of them will become products — and that's part of the method. An idea only joins the portfolio when it passes a simple test: solving a real problem better than the alternative people already use.
We don't measure success by the number of features, or by metrics that sound good in presentations. We measure it by hours of manual work eliminated, by reliability in production and by how long it takes someone to understand and use what we build. That's why this site doesn't show numbers we don't have yet.
The long-term goal is an ecosystem of independent products, each with its own life cycle, united by the same way of working: careful engineering, privacy by default and software that solves real problems.

Principles
New technology comes in when it solves the problem better, not because it's trending.
We collect the minimum, keep it for as short a time as possible and explain where each piece of data is processed.
Readable code, tests where mistakes are costly and decisions recorded with context.
Every screen, option and integration has to justify the space it takes up.
If a task keeps repeating, it's a candidate to become software — inside Devx too.
Performance and product decisions start from data, not intuition.
An idea only becomes a product when it improves something people already do today.
